Our software tool CQM_EfP is a simple tool for effective statistical analysis. It can be used for process improvement and process (re)design in industry, services and business transactions. It is suitable for the statistical analyses used in Process Improvement approaches such as Six Sigma (DMAIC) and MEDIC. CQM_EfP is an add-in for Excel. This means that when you have data in Excel, a statistical analysis can be performed by pressing one button and filling in one or two cell references (e.g 'B8'). The result of each analysis contains graphs and numbers summarizing your data. The emphasis is on the graphical interpretation. The output of each analysis is placed on a new Excel worksheet with a standardized A4-layout. CQM_EfP contains techniques for the most common statistical problems. Since the output is standardized and easy to interpret, its use is frequently widespread in organizations. Therefore, many organizations use the output directly to communicate and report
